Who we are

Discovering nature ...
A unique landscape, of singular beauty, where there is a very diverse autochthonous flora combined with wild fauna, make this place very special.

It is worth living this experience!

Our senses are more awake. We can hear the silence, smell the flowers and feel the warmth of the earth, taste nature, see the "illusory movement of the sun" and at night see a sky illuminated by thousands of little stars.
Flores do Campo, meaning Wild Field Flowers, because they only exist in the countryside. Because we cannot remain indifferent to what nature spontaneously provides us, we have the privilege of being able to enjoy different landscapes in each of the seasons.

Come and meet us!

Wild Field Flowers ...

Rosmaninho (Lavender) - its scent stays in our memory and we definitely feel like we are in the countryside!

Alecrim (Rosemary) - fragrant poetry that dances on the plates, awakens the senses and lulls the soul.

Giesta (Broom) - yellow flowers that fill the fields with life, lending a radiant joy to nature.

Papoila (Poppy) - childhood in bloom, deep red, sweet memories in golden fields.

Our story

Agroturismo Flores do Campo was born from the desire of three brothers to keep alive the childhood memories, experienced in the Serra de Serpa with their parents and grandparents and perpetuate them with their children.

It is a recovered space, which strives to eternalize the memory of a very dear person, our father, genuine, authentic, respected in the town of Moura and in the village of Vila Verde de Ficalho, António José dos Santos Paulino, better known as Toi Bica.

The property

Agroturismo Flores do Campo is located in a family property with 180 hectares, in the Serra de Serpa, where holm oaks, cork oaks and olive trees predominate. Initially dedicated to the exploitation of Murciano-Granadino goats, in the production of milk and meat. Currently we are dedicated to the exploitation of Aberdeen-Angus crossbred cattle in the extensive aspect. Other animals such as sheep, pigs and chickens can also be seen.

Us and the Environment

Because we are environmentally friendly, we encourage our guests to use water and energy responsibly.
We use solar panels to heat our water and use our fireplace to heat the space during the colder months.
Towels and sheets are changed for stays longer than 3 nights. It is only done at a shorter period if requested by guests.
Helping environmental sustainability - for stays longer than 7 days we offer our guests the experience of planting a cork oak.

A haven in the Alentejo, not to be missed !

Perfect peace and quiet in the middle of nature

Very calm and quiet area. Perfect place to see the stars at night. Worth waking up early to also see the sunrise. House well equipped and with the necessary for a weekend (we only felt the need for wine glasses).
